Sharon is the Director of Instructional Technology at Springfield Public Schools, a 10 year 1:1 and Apple Distinguished district. She leads the IT department with an unwavering focus on learning, instruction, and creating new knowledge. Sharon is one of the founding organizers of edcampNJ, a member of the technology committee for MUJC, NJs Digital Learning Steering Committee, and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Springfield Public Library. She has co-moderated educational Twitter chats including #NJed and #innovateNJ as well as participated in SETDAs Emerging Technology Forums where she networks with state ed tech leaders across the nation to share ideas and best practices.
